About Mike McCoy

The MM brand was started when Mike returned to the U.K from Wyoming.

Three years in WY had been spent on the Powderhorn and Tomahawk ranches, owned and run by the True family. The ranches ran around 800 breeding cows and produced horses for the annual horse sale which was held on the ranch.

Mike started colts and worked some of the more difficult horses under the stewardship of KEN McNABB, a leading U.S. clinician who headed the ranch horse programme.

Prior to a spell in the U.S. Mike has travelled widely and had the opportunity to ride and work in Australia, New Zealand, Africa and Europe.

The ethos at the MM is to produce sound, mature well rounded horses which are a pleasure to ride, and to work with people, not to become riders but to become horsemen.

MM is for all breeds of horses, and horse owners who want to enjoy riding well trained disciplined mounts.
